Your job:
- You prepare the annual ESG reports in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and EU Taxonomy Regulation for the MIC Group in collaboration with the Finance and Administration team
- You establish processes for data collection to support comprehensive ESG reporting using our internal tool, ESG Cockpit
- You respond to customer inquiries (RFIs) related to ESG topics and work on continuously improving our Ecovadis or similar scorings
- Together with the MIC Green Team you drive ongoing improvements in internal processes concerning all ESG-related topics
- In close collaboration with the Software Development Team and the MIC Green Team, you develop a Green IT Strategy (reduce the CO2 footprint of our SAAS Solutions)
- You collaborate with the CFO to prepare the ESG budget and select corporate philanthropy projects
- Together with HRM you implement initiatives related to the SDGs and internal communication (Intranet)
- You are responsible for the outside communication (company website)
- You will participate in cross-company exchanges on ESG topics, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration
Your skills:
- Completed degree with Sustainability focus (BSc or MSc) or Finance/Business Administration
- Several years of practical experience in ESG reporting
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- IT affinity to leverage potential in the area of green IT (Green IT).
- Passion for sustainability to achieve challenging goals
- Hands on mentality to keep the sustainable transformation moving combined with a solution orientation

Compensation
We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 63.000 gross/year (38,5 hours/week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualification.
