Your job
- You will recruit new colleagues for various IT roles, from profile alignment and job ad creation to contract preparation, working closely with our technical departments
- As a key driver behind our MIC Academy, you will support your colleagues in their personal and professional growth
- You will advise our specialized departments on HR-related issues
- You will contribute to various HR projects, such as corporate health promotion initiatives
- You will adapt and optimize HR processes within the team
- As an HR Manager, you will be the point of contact for our colleagues at the Vienna office for any questions or concerns
Your skills
- Completed commercial education with a focus on HR (FH, university, or equivalent)
- Experience: First work experience in HR, ideally in the IT sector
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Strong service orientation
- Open and communicative personality
- Independent working style and problem-solving skills
- Structured and precise way of working
- Openness to other cultures and the ability to work well in a team

Compensation
We are legally required to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 55.300 gross/year (38,5 hours / week, no All-in contracts) plus an employee bonus and numerous other benefits. Of course, we are adapting the compensation according to your experience and qualification.
