Your job
- As a Trade Content Analyst you are responsible for research, analysis and preparation of relevant trade content for MIC software solutions from authorities and international sources
- Identify sources, conduct research on legal documents, statutes, and regulations to gain a deep understanding of the content
- Analyse legal content for accuracy, consistency and completeness, and identify errors or gaps in the content
- Validate legal content and evaluate the effect on the usage in MIC modules with the MIC Product Team
- Gather knowledge about legal interpretation and advice of content related questions raised at MIC (globally)
- Monitoring legal sources for Content Types n Delimitation of Global Trade Content Responsibilities
- You are also responsible for quality assurance of content types (process definition, creation of documentation, definition of automated test cases, and testing the content types
- Trade Content Repository together with MIC HQs
- Maintenance of MIC.INDIA created content types
- Support of other MIC teams on content topics
Your skills and qualifications
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in international business plus 2-3 years experience in the similar work profile
- A plus: International working experience
- Economic, legal education or very good knowledge of customs, export control / foreign trade
- Experience with research work
- IT affinity (basic database knowledge)
- Excellent experience in working with Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint etc.)
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written); a plus: additional language skills
- Team player

- Proactive and independent/self-responsible work-style
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Perseverance in communicating with the authorities
